WHAT I RECENTLY GOT FOR SPRING SUMMER 2021

17/19
black long dress, black tie shirt, white dress, purple skirt and swimsuit top, heeled sandals and white corset top

I feel like one of my strengths is really knowing clothes. I am lucky to experience some of the most exquisite designer items – since I get to wear them from the brands directly (through loans) or because I buy them for my ‘forever closet’. This gives me a good feeling and eye for how clothing should be and it is one of the reasons why I founded Attire, passing down that knowledge and experience (and probably why the brand has an exceptionally low return rate). To strengthen my knowledge about fits, fabrics, and overall customer experience I have done a lot of online shopping lately and I know, it sounds like a terrible excuse (it kind of is), but I love discovering new items and seeing what’s currently trending in order to get a better eye for clothing and styles. While I think that some trends are very short-lived, I try to find pieces that will survive this fast-paced environment and stay in the closet for more than just one season. I only recently started building my capsule fall/ winter wardrobe and so this upcoming season, I am trying to do the same with spring/summer. With the sun slowly coming back in, I cannot wait to wear these pieces that will, I’m sure of it, carry over to next year’s. This means I’m investing in some really good basics – selecting, trying, curating, and keeping what I love. It’s research okay?!?! 😉 Here are some of the items I recently shopped and loved:

I added the items that are on my wish list as well so you get a good idea of what I am aiming for. Hope you like this type of posts, I will definitely be making more as I continue to shop.
