FASHIONABLE FACE MASKS

Who would’ve thought that over a year after the pandemic first started in Europe, we would still be where we are today. Face masks have become yet another item that we cannot leave the house without. They started as an ‘ugly accessory,’ and they’re now an essential part of our daily outfits (I get frequently asked where I buy my masks!). Since everyone has to wear them, why not stand out and choose one that you’ll be able to wear and match your outfits? Not only will you be feeling more confident, but you can also wash them and not have to throw out the single-use ones! I always get asked where my masks are from (like this LV one) but unfortunately, I get gifted them most of the time. However, there are multiple shops that are using old luxury brands’ dustbags and transforming them into fashionable masks. Here are a few styles that I have already purchased and which you should too!

Simple and Sleek Face Mask Designs

This Net-A-Porter face mask has adjustable straps and is made of recycled materials, so not only will you be avoiding the single-use masks, but you’ll be helping the environment even more!

This face mask is from Wolford, and it’s one of my favorites, they are so simple and feel very comfortable on the face. It is very breathable and does not feel too tight.

If you want something that has a bit more color, but you don’t want a crazy pattern, I highly recommend this Tom Ford face mask. The design is very sleek and modern, and it can go with any color outfit you choose to wear since the color is still quite neutral.

This Fleur du Mal face mask is the perfect burgundy shade. Although it is a dark color, I think it adds a feminine touch to the face mask. It also has this silk finish that helps to elevate your outfit.

Patterned Face Masks to Spice up your Outfits

Emilio Pucci is known for its iconic patterns, and I thought it was a perfect item to include in this post. Since there are multiple colors, this mask can be paired with multiple pieces. It will certainly add a fun detail to your outfit.

Without a doubt, this Missoni face mask will make head turns when you’re strutting down the street. It features such unique colors that go so well together. Not only does it have a psychedelic vibe to it, but it will also, for sure, make you stand out.

This Amir Slama combination of 4 face masks is not only an affordable option but also such a fun play on these flashy colors and patterns. They look so comfortable and I will happily be adding them to my everyday outfits.

This Slip face mask has a bit of a pattern to it, even though it is still quite discrete. I wanted to include it because it is 100% silk, which also helps your skin breathe while you’re wearing your mask. You’ll also be wearing this trendy tie-dye pattern which is always a plus!

This affordable option gives me summer vibes with the pink and yellow flowered pattern. They will add a pop of color to any simple outfit.

Matching Face Masks to Outfits:

How else would you want to make a fashion statement than by matching your face masks to your outfit? This Marni face mask goes perfectly with the patterned button-up shirt which is such a staple piece for spring and summer.

Here’s another Marni set that I think will be a perfect addition to these upcoming spring days, as well as those long summer nights. I love this pattern, and the pants remind me of the 70s, so I would love to see this outfit paired with fold hoops and maybe a head-scarf. Someone make this vision come true!

Another Emilio Pucci item. I just can’t get over the colors in these pieces, such perfect pastel but at the same time bright colors. Matching your face mask to your outfit has never looked this chic. You’ll definitely catch me wearing these in the streets.

That’s it for my choices of fashionable face masks! I hope you liked these options, and let me know which one is your favorite. I am so excited to be back into blogging. Let me know what other type of content you want to see from me.
